Guided tour of the Island of Vivara

Vivara is one of the smaller islands of the Campania archipelago. Located between Ischia and Procida, to which it is connected by a non-viable bridge, it is currently uninhabited and a nature reserve. If its volcanic origin unites it to its neighboring major, Vivara is unique in the Campania archipelago, having remained uninhabited for decades – although the first traces of settlements date back to the golden age. After decades of neglect, in recent years has been placed under protection and is currently open only by reservation making it a half for true lovers of nature and unique experiences.
